How to force upload of Practical Assessment

You must log in using the Assessor's username and password.  You must be using the device which the assessment was carried out on. 

1. Log in to the device which carried out the Assessment.  Use the Assessor's Username and Password.  
   
   
   
2. In the top left, select the 3 lines to bring out the side menu.
   
   
   
   
3. In the menu which appears on the left hand side of the screen, tap 6 times very quickly on the profile picture of the user.
   
   
   
4. You should now see the "Debug" menu on the right of the screen.  Tap on the right of the screen to hide the side menu, and you should see the following screen:
5. Select "File Manager V3"
   
6. Select "Select All". Alternatively you may select each item which was completed on the day which the assessment was completed. In this example, we do not have any pending uploads. You will see all pending uploads listed below the option buttons.
   
   
7. You must be online for this step. Select the "Upload Selected" Button. You will receive a message when the upload is complete.

The assessment has now been uploaded.  Please let LAAMP Support know that this has been done, as we need to do additional steps.

Please tell us:

• Who is the Candidate? First and Last name, or Username.
• What is the Name of the Practical Assessment?
• Who is the Assessor? First and Last name, or Username.
• Who is the Content Expert? First and Last name, or Username.
• Who is the User that was logged in when the upload was done? First and Last name, or Username.
• What is the time you would like the User to be marked as having completed the Sub-Competency?
  
  
• What was the device the Practical was performed on?
• Was the Practical completed online or offline?
• What version of the LAAMP app the assessment was completed on? A guide is available here.
