How to Assign a Content Expert
To assign a user as a Content Expert:
Ensure the user has completed the specific Practical Assessment and holds a current Completed status for the Course.
Navigate to the user’s profile via the User List (requires Coordinator or above permission).
Locate the section related to the user’s assessment history or competencies.
Find the relevant Practical Assessment.
Select the star option to mark the user as a Content Expert for that assessment.
Once assigned, this user will appear in the Content Expert List for that Practical Assessment wherever it is used in the system.
Important Notes
A user must remain competent in the assessment to retain Content Expert status.
Content Expert assignments are manual and specific to each Practical Assessment.
Removing a user’s competency will also remove them from the Content Expert List for that item.
