Upon first login, users must:
Reset their password (with at least 8 characters containing uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters)
Accept the Disclaimer
Take a profile photo and possibly upload an ID (used only for verification)'
LAAMP User Guides
We recommend viewing the "Introduction to LAAMP" video for a walkthrough of the system’s main features and training steps. This is always accessible under the Training menu.
Dashboard and Side Menu
The Dashboard displays important information at a glance. The Side Menu, accessible from the top-left corner, allows users to navigate to all permitted features.
User Permissions Switcher
In LAAMP, users can be assigned more than one permission type. For example, a user might be both a Coordinator and an Assessor. To help manage this, LAAMP provides the User Permissions Switcher.
The Permissions Switcher enables users to switch between their assigned roles, adjusting their view and access to match the selected role. This means users only see the tools and information relevant to the actions they need to perform at any given time.
How to Use It:
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen (not needed if using LAAMP on a computer.
Select the Permissions Dropdown - In this, and most cases, the dropdown reads "User".
Choose the Permission you want to use.
Once selected, the Side Menu will adjust to reflect the permissions and tools available for that specific function within LAAMP. This helps keep your workspace focused and avoids confusion when performing different tasks.
Tip: Switching roles does not log you out. You can change roles at any time during your session.
