Clear Chrome's cache

If you're having trouble logging in, you may be required to clear the cache of chrome.  These photos will guide you though the process. 

You'll start by seeing a page very similar to this. 

Press F12 to open the tools

A window will open.  This might open on a different side of the screen.  At the top of this window, select "Application"

Now, on the left, click "Clear Storage"

Now, click on the "Clear Site Data" button 

You can close this window by pressing F12 again, and you should refresh the page (either F5 or apple+R).

You should now be able to login.
