There may be rare cases in which you are unable to log off LAAMP.
For example, there might be assessments still syncing and it won't let you log out until it is done. If you don't have anything left to sync or want to force a user to log off here are some helpful tips to guide you when you are experiencing this issue:
- If on a tablet or mobile: try deleting and re-installing the LAAMP app, this should force the current user to log off
- If on Google Chrome web browser: Clear Chrome cache and cookies. Close and re-open web-browser.
