Your LAAMP profile contains your personal information, training history, and account settings. Keeping this information up to date ensures smooth functionality and accurate training records.
Accessing Your Profile
To view or update your profile settings:
Log into LAAMP.
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.
From here, you can:
View your name, email address, and assigned roles/teams/locations.
See a summary of your training competencies and their statuses.
Update your profile picture.
Access the Change Password function.
Password Management
To Change Your Password (while logged in):
Go to Settings.
Click “Change Password”.
Enter your current password.
Enter a new password that meets the following criteria:
At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one number
Click OK to save.
To Reset a Forgotten Password:
Go to https://laamp.com.au.
Enter your Username, then click Next.
Select “Forgot Password”.
Enter the email address linked to your account.
Open the password reset email you receive.
Use the temporary password provided to log in.
When prompted, set a new password.
Security Tip
It’s a good practice to update your password regularly and avoid reusing passwords across different platforms.
If you have trouble resetting your password or updating your profile, contact your Training Coordinator.
