What information do I need to submit if a non-Practical Sub-Competency isn't completed in LAAMP?

While we always strive to ensure that everything is working as it should, sometimes things go wrong. We can assist you if a Theory/Video/Informational Sub-Competency was completed by a user, but not marked as complete.

In order to process your request, we require some information:

• What is the First and Last name of the affected user?
  What is the Name of the Sub-Competency you want us to mark as complete?
• What is the time you would like the User to be marked as having completed the Sub-Competency?
• In the case that the assessment requires proctoring images, what images would you like to attach?

• What was the device the Sub-Competency was performed on?
• Was the Sub-Competency completed online or offline?
• If the Sub-Competency was completed on a mobile device: what version of the LAAMP app the assessment was completed on? A guide is available here.
• If the Sub-Competency was completed on a computer, which version of the web browser (Chrome) was the assessment completed on?

Answering all of the above questions as thoroughly as possible will ensure a speedy fix to your issue.
